Meet the new Sebastian City Manager at an IRNA Luncheon

Writer's picture: IRNAIRNA

Join us at Woody’s Bar-B-Q on February 7 at 11:30 AM for a luncheon to meet a new community figure. Our guest speaker will be Paul Carlisle, the newly named City Manager. Mr. Carlisle joins Sebastian from Glades County where he served as the County Administrator. Mr. Carlisle has worked in municipal government for more than 30 years and has worked for several municipalities in Florida, including Wellington and Lake Park. We are excited to hear from him and how he sees Sebastian growing and changing in the next few years.

The City Manager is a powerful job, they are in charge of all the operations that keep a city running, as well as implementing policies adopted by the city’s elected leaders. Sebastian has been a leader in water issues, recently embraced a stronger stormwater utility and committed to more funding for future stormwater projects.

Woody’s is located at 13600 US-1 #18, Sebastian, FL 32958, it is in the Roseland Plaza. Our menu will be their signature babyback ribs, mesquite grilled chicken, fish tacos and a salad option. Cost of the luncheon is $20 payablee at the door with cash or check.

We’d love to have you join us, but to do so you must RSVP by emailing info@indianriverna.com.
